Dr. Syed I. Mobin, MD is a board-certified internal medicine, pulmonary disease, critical care and sleep medicine physician. Dr. Mobin earned his medical degree from Dow Medical College in Karachi, Pakistan. He stayed there to complete his internship. Dr. Mobin completed his medical residency at Oakwood Hospital in Dearborn, Michigan and a fellowship at the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, Fl. He also completed a second fellowship at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. Dr. Mobin has served in a variety of leadership positons, including Assistant Professor at the University of Central Florida School of Medicine, Medical Director of CFPG Institute of Sleep Medicine, Director at the Florida Sleep School, and Chair of the Pulmonary Section at Florida Hospital. His special interests include narcolepsy, sleep apnea, insomnia, asthma, copd, sarcoidosis, interstitial lung disease, and pulmonary fibrosis.
