Scott Davis, MD, is a board-certified physician specializing in transplant nephrology. Dr. Davis enjoys helping others achieve optimal health and well-being so they can live their best and fullest lives. His practice evaluates patients interested in donating a kidney and guides patients with advanced kidney disease and their caregivers throughout the kidney transplant process. He also provides comprehensive medical care for those who have already received a kidney and pancreas transplant.
Dr. Davis received his medical degree from Oregon Health and Science University. He completed his internal medical residency and his nephrology and transplant nephrology fellowships at the University of Colorado. He has been a teacher for medical professionals, lectured nationally, has numerous publications in peer-reviewed journals, served as a medical advisor on several boards and is an active member of the American Society of Transplantation.
Prior to joining AdventHealth, Dr. Davis was an assistant professor at the University of Colorado, where he also served as the director of Kidney Transplant Clinical Trials, focusing his research on a personalized approach to immunosuppression medication management.
In his free time, Dr. Davis enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, especially doing outdoor activities like hiking, biking and skiing.
