Hellinger, Frank R., MD, PhD
Overview
overview
- Dr. Hellinger is a board-certified radiologist and the Chief of Interventional Radiology at the Florida Hospital Neuroscience Institute. He has performed more than 500 interventional neuroradiology procedures to date and his innovative talents in interventional neuroradiology set his practice apart from others in the state of Florida. Dr. Hellinger received his Medical Degree at the University of Miami and completed his residency in radiology at Massachusetts General Hospital. Prior to becoming director of interventional neuroradiology at Massachusetts General he served as an instructor and clinical fellow in diagnostic and interventional neuroradiology at Harvard Medical School. Dr. Hellinger’s research is frequently published and this pioneering research has led to various clinical trials and frequent presentations at professional conferences. He is a senior member of the American Society of Neuroradiology and a member of the American Society of Interventional and Therapeutic Neuroradiology.
