Amber Orman, MD, is a board-certified radiation oncologist who joined AdventHealth Medical Group from the medical staff of Moffitt Cancer Center and the faculty of the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine in Tampa. Her clinical focus is on breast cancer, with an emphasis on holistic care that encompasses the mind and body. Research interests include integrative therapies and their applications to cancer prevention, treatment and survivorship. She is particularly interested in nutrition and the microbiome. Her past honors have included the John T. Royse Award, an award given to the Rose-Hulman undergraduate senior thought to be the most outstanding graduate, as well as selection for the John H. Edwards Fellowship for her outstanding performance as a student at the Indiana University School of Medicine. More recently she was listed by her peers as a Tampa Top Doctor. Differentiators Dr. Orman has devoted her entire career to breast cancer. She also practices Lifestyle Medicine, and is leading the development of a new Lifestyle Medicine program for breast cancer patients and survivors.
